Life is not without its challenges but also full of blessings. When I hear my son's laughter all those challenges temporarily fade away: and when I think of the unconditional love that we share, I realize what a precious gift that has been bestowed upon me in this lifetime in which I had never imagined would be so magnificent. The one thing that I am sure to tell him every day is that I love him and that he is exactly the way he was meant to be created..He is PERFECT!
Hi, I've been reading some of your lovely posts for a while and I hope you don't mind me commenting. I just wanted to say how great the giant Elmo is, my son would love that particularly his giant eyes. My son is into birds and I'm trying to find a giant Big Bird from Sesame Street.
@Jen, The Mickey Mouse I found at an antique store but it cost me $25.00 not cheap by any standard but I am glad that I got it because it is rare.
@Casdok, He is a happy camper and it shows huh?
@Heather, I am happy that I found it too!
@Jean, Thanks...I am rather proud of myself but wait...I didn't find it Griffin did so he deserves the credit! He is the savvy shopper, he can find anything online!
@DeeAnn, Yea I know it is isn't it?
@Aspie in the family, I am happy that you commented I am always happy to get comments! Just go to e-bay and do a search for Big Bird and you will find all kinds there and even for great deals. They might be in US dollars but you can convert them in to pounds. Griffin loves birds too a lot! He loves watching them, books on them, pictures of them, and wants to have a bird for a pet which isn't going to happen since we have a cat.
